Found an error in a calculator?
This is the one we want to hear about most. Every university-specific calculator on this site is built directly from that institution's own published regulations, but universities update their rules, and we can make mistakes too.
If you think a formula, a threshold, or a worked example is wrong, tell us: which calculator, what you entered, what result you got, and why you think it's incorrect. We check every report against the university's current official regulations before making a change.
Privacy or data questions
For anything covered by our Privacy Policy, including a general question about what data we hold, use the form above and mention "privacy" in your message so it gets routed correctly.
Accessibility issues
If something on this site doesn't work properly with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology, see our Accessibility Statement for what we commit to, and contact us with the page and the specific problem. These reports get priority if they block someone from completing a calculation entirely.
Are you from a university mentioned on this site?
If you're affiliated with a university we've built a calculator for and believe we've misrepresented your institution's regulations, please get in touch — we'll review and correct it promptly. We rely entirely on publicly published regulations and want every institution-specific page to be accurate; a direct correction from the university itself is the fastest way to fix anything we've got wrong. See our disclaimer for how we describe our relationship with the universities referenced on this site.
Advertising and business enquiries
For anything related to advertising on this site, contact us at [Contact Email] with "advertising" in the subject line.
How long we take to respond
We aim to respond to general inquiries within [response time, e.g., 5 working days] and to prioritise reports that affect the accuracy of a live calculator or block someone from using the Site.
We're a small operation, so a quick, complete first message (what page, what happened, what you expected) gets you a faster answer than a back-and-forth.
